Program description

Robert Wellman & Mandy Moore is a sole proprietor travel consulting service that helps travelers from the United States explore Europe like a local. Our text messaging program, sent from (720) 817-3399, is used to communicate with clients who have agreed to receive texts: consultation scheduling and reminders, itinerary and booking updates, trip-planning information, local recommendations, and responses to client questions before and during their trips.

Consent

Clients opt in by giving us their mobile number and verbally agreeing to receive text messages during their consultation call. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your consultation and trip planning activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.

For help, reply HELP or contact us at travel@mmrw.me or (720) 817-3399.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Please see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
